Compassion is often seen as a deliberate act, something we choose to express in response to others' suffering. Yet, beneath this conscious choice lies a deeper, natural state of being. Understanding this distinction opens new pathways for healing and connection, especially through practices like mindfulness and somatic meditation in MedYoga Therapy.
