When your body says "enough," it’s time to listen. If you are struggling with chronic fatigue, persistent pain, or total burnout, my Restore sessions offer a safe space to heal. In 45 minutes, we gently soothe your physical body, quiet the "alarm" in your nervous system, and create new pathways for lasting recovery. This is more than a gentle restorative therapy using somatic exercises, restorative yoga, self love practices, breathwork, meditation & tools that heal deep cellular memory/ tissues. fascia at a slow, gentle & tender pace that is right for the body. It’s a total reboot for your health in the most comforting of ways. The physical decompression - We skip the talk and go straight into deep, restorative recovery. Using gravity and supportive props, we soothe your muscles and lower systemic inflammation. The Result: You walk out feeling physically lighter, with the "weight of the world" lifted off your shoulders. Start Your Recovery Journey... Beginner’s FAQ: Everything You Need to Know Do I need to be flexible for MedYoga? Not at all. MedYoga is about your nervous system, not your hamstrings. Most of our work is done lying down or fully supported by cushions and bolsters. If you can breathe, you can do MedYoga. What should I wear? Anything you feel comfortable in! Leggings, joggers, or even your favourite pyjamas. As long as you can move easily and stay warm, you’re in the right gear. Which session should I book first? If you aren’t sure, I always recommend the 90-minute Signature MedYoga Session. It gives us time to explore all three phases and see where your body needs the most support. Is this the same as a normal Yoga class? No. This is Therapeutic Yoga. There are no "perfect poses" or sweat-inducing flows. We use the science of the Vagus Nerve and trauma-informed movement to help you heal from the inside out. How many sessions will I need? While you’ll feel a shift after just one session, most clients find that a block of 4 or 6 sessions allows them to "Rewire" their habits for the long term.
