Service Description
Clear the Mental Static Best for: High Stress, Overwhelm, and "Brain Fog." When your brain feels like it has too many tabs open, you need a Reset. This session focuses entirely on your Vagus Nerve and nervous system. Using breathwork, vibrational sound, and ocular resets, we "force quit" your stress response and bring you back to a state of cool, calm clarity. The Result: An immediate shift from "panic mode" to "peace mode." Beginner’s FAQ: Everything You Need to Know Do I need to be flexible for MedYoga Therapy? Not at all. MedYoga is about your nervous system, not your hamstrings. Most of our work is done lying down or fully supported by cushions and bolsters. If you can breathe, you can do MedYoga Therapy. What should I wear? Anything you feel comfortable in! Leggings, joggers, or even your favourite pyjamas. As long as you can move easily and stay warm, you’re in the right gear. Which session should I book first? If you aren’t sure, I always recommend the 90-minute Signature MedYoga Session. It gives us time to explore all three phases and see where your body needs the most support. Is this the same as a normal Yoga class? No. This is Therapeutic Yoga. There are no "perfect poses" or sweat-inducing flows. We use the science of the Vagus Nerve and trauma-informed movement to help you heal from the inside out. How many sessions will I need? While you’ll feel a shift after just one session, most clients find that a block of 4 or 6 sessions allows them to "Rewire" their habits for the long term.
