MedYoga Community Guidelines
MedYoga School: Our Community Agreement
To co-create a sanctuary for Restoring, Rewiring, and Resetting, we ask all members to move, breathe, and heal by these shared values:
-
Honour the "Sober Vessel": We commit to entering this space with a clear mind and body. We arrive free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs to ensure our nervous systems can safely process the depth of this work.
-
Respect the "Silent Journey": We acknowledge that silence is a vital part of the healing frequency. We arrive on time and transition into quietness during Sound Baths and Yoga Nidra, turning off all digital distractions to protect the collective peace.
-
Practice Radical Non-Interference: In moments of emotional release—whether in Ecstatic Dance or "Reset" sessions—we allow each other the space to feel fully without interruption. We witness one another with compassion, not judgment.
-
Navigate with Consent: We respect all physical and energetic boundaries. We always seek non-verbal or verbal permission before initiating physical contact in the dance or adjusting a peer's posture. A "no" is always respected without question.
-
Maintain the Circle of Trust: What is shared or witnessed in our group sessions—especially in vulnerable "Rewire" moments—stays within this community. We protect each other’s privacy to foster an environment of true healing.
-
Self-Responsibility & Growth: While MedYoga School provides the container, we remain the primary stewards of our own well-being. We listen to our bodies, take breaks when needed, and communicate our needs to facilitators.
By booking your session, you are choosing to step into this agreement with us. Let’s create a safe space to travel deep together.
