Somatic Medicine Dance is a specialist, trauma-informed ecstatic dance experience designed specifically for those navigating the Awakening & homecoming journey of Restore, Reset, and Rewire.
In the sacred expanse of our barefoot hall, we leave behind the 'project' of self-improvement and the noise of the verbal mind. Guided by clinical, yogic somatic principles and a curated wave of 'medicine music,' this is your invitation to release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and finally dance within your own skin.
This is a 2.5-hour somatic ceremony designed to help you shake off old programming and come home to your body.
